X AGENT is a STEAM in-depth inquiry program for children aged 7-12. It allows
children to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics,
History, Global Culture, Economy and Politics through the six story lines of
Vanished Inventions, Crash on Planet ZON, The Forbidden Forest, Rescue Mission
to Oceania, Saving the Sunseekers, Escaping Egypt, so as to improve their
interdisciplinary comprehensive application ability and comprehensive quality in
the 21st century.
X AGENT is the main course of X SCHOOL, which is based on the core competence of the 21st century and based on IB. It’s
content are live-action challenges and with group bilingual learning as the method, so that children can improve their abilities,
expand their cognition and establish a sound thinking mode through learning.
Children cross back in time to the Bronze Age and find out people at that time have difficulties in lifting heavy stuffs, so children try to make pulleys to help them.
After a brainstorming, everyone holds a different opinion, they discuss the design drawing, materials, and method of making and split tasks in their groups.
Children start to make pulleys according to their division of work, some of them design, some of them purchase materials, some of them do the measurement, the rest of them assemble the pulleys.
Children constantly adjust and optimize the plan according to the problems encountered during the making process, they try their best to make the highest quality pulleys.
After the task is finished, the groups discuss the problems and solutions which can be used to help them perform the task better next time.
Through our online database, children can easily extend their knowledge and improve their English levels.
